This a balloon launch that the Cooperstown Library held at the close of the school year for Cooperstown Elementary in June of 2007. This was the final year for Cooperstown Elementary before the building was consolidated. This was the Library's way of thanking the students for their continued support of the LIbrary. Each balloon had a message to contact the library with the location of where the balloon was found.
